Deep Sea Fishing - Reservations & Cancellations policies

Is it possible to make a fishing reservation when I get to Cancun?
We do recommend you make your fishing reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get a boat. During the high season from January to August there are many times we have no space available 2-3 days in advance. To make your reservation once you arrive in Cancun call us at: 8 83 05 05 and from the states at: 011 52 99 88 83 05 05.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any trip up to 24 hours before departure and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip is cancelled because the port is closed by the port captain due to weather then you will receive a 100% refund.

 

When I reserve do I get the boat I choose?
Yes. That is why we put the pictures of the boats and a list of equipment on the website. So you can choose and reserve what you want. Of course the further in advance you make your reservation the better the chance you will get the boat you want.

 

What if the boat I want is not available?
We will call you or email you and recommend a comparable boat before we charge your credit card and make your reservation.

 

Is the pricing on the website correct?
Yes. The prices are accurate and complete meaning that there are no additional charges. At the end of the trip a tip is optional but generally a tip of 10% - 15% of the charter depending on how successful your crew was for you.

 

I send in a reservation with my credit card and what happens?
Once you send a reservation we confirm that there is the boat available for the day(s) you want. Then we charge your card the entire amount shown on the website. We then put a confirmation number on a coupon or voucher and send it to you in an email. You print it and that is your paid receipt for the tour. You present the coupon at check in.

 

Should I send in my credit card with the reservation?
Yes because you have a much better chance of getting the boat you want the less time that goes by before the departure. If there is no space available we will not charge your credit card but advise when the boat is available closest to the date you want or recommend an alternate boat of similar specifications. If you send in a reservation form without a credit card number inquiring about availability then we respond, and you respond, simply more time passes giving more time to fill up. Again once you are ready to reserve it is best to send your reservation with a credit card. Please remember no reservation is made until we have payment via your credit card or by other means.

 

How can I check the status of my reservation?

It is our objective that you know what is happening with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are going to be than 48 hours getting you a response. If 48 hours has gone by and you have gotten no update or coupon please call 011 52 9988 83 05 05 or 011 52 99 88 81 32 ext 4730 adn 4731 If you are already in Cancun our local number is 883 05 05.

 

What time do we need to be at the dock?

When you reserve you will receive a coupon with all the needed information including the time you need to be at the marina dock or ready for you pickup if you decide to use our transportation services.
You can reserve your transportation at the time you make your fishing charter reservation. Please see the reservation form and select your transportation needs.
